The self-titled “Toofy Brothers,” otherwise known as Mark and Jeff Siebert, founded the Toofy Film Fest after Mark’s short film “The Absence of Autonomy” wasn’t accepted into any film festivals four years ago. The idea behind the creation of the festival was to give artists and filmmakers a chance to bring what might be considered underground works to the foreground.
After a great turnout at the 2006 festival, Toofy aims to inspire once again at this year’s festival.
Tickets for both film nights are $32.50. Tickets for each night alone are $19.50. Tickets to an individual movie are $7. All tickets are available at the Boulder Theater box office.
