Breakfast place sets itself apart from other restaurants with organic menu, understated design
Dot’s Diner is an organic alternative to the run-of-the-mill food that the Hill usually has to offer. The door gives way to bar style seating and an open kitchen, allowing patrons to witness the creation of the best breakfast in town.
Along the window are various plants that provide the sole aesthetically pleasing feature in the main room. Hanging on the wall to their left is a circular sign that offers an extensive list of the organic products that are used in the simple, but delicious, culinary creations.
Around the back are two more rooms with plenty of tables and booths. You seat yourself and the wait, if there is one, is usually no more than 5 minutes. Separating the two rooms is a fish tank filled with brightly colored fish. The fish are a pleasant diversion from the otherwise understated interior design.
The walls are brown and the booths are green and look like they were purchased at an antique store in the mid-1980s. The simple d
