Over 30 years in journalism and editorial leadership, I\’ve watched newsrooms shift from print to digital, and through all of it, one thing hasn\’t changed: a story is only as good as the work behind it. I hold a Ph.D. in Media and Communication Studies, which gave me a deeper understanding of how information is produced, verified, and, sometimes, distorted.
My role here isn\’t to write the loudest headline; it\’s to make sure what we publish can stand up to scrutiny. I oversee editorial standards across every category on this site, from research and sourcing to tone and final sign-off, because credibility isn\’t built once it\’s maintained piece by piece.
After three decades in this field, I\’ve learned that the most important edit is often the one nobody notices.
