Submission Guidelines

Please keep the following guidelines in mind before submitting:

Submit original content only. We do not accept copied, rewritten, or previously published articles.
Keep your article useful, informative, and well-structured.
Use clear headings, short paragraphs, and bullet points where appropriate.
Fact-check all names, dates, statistics, quotes, and other important information.
Use reliable sources when discussing health, money, legal matters, statistics, or other sensitive topics.
Avoid excessive self-promotion, affiliate links, and unnecessary external links.
Do not make unsupported medical claims or use promises such as “cures,” “guarantees,” or “works for everyone.”
Articles should generally be 900–1,700 words, although strong lists and shorter formats may be considered.
Any images submitted must be original or properly licensed for use.
