Birds and Reptiles @ CU’s Museum of Natural History
The Denver Zoo’s professional animal educators, birds and reptiles will be visiting the Paleontology Hall and Modern Life Galleries. Bird and crocodilian sessions will be held concurrently from 4 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. and again from 6 p.m. until 7:45 p.m. There will be live animals, which may include lizards, turtles, alligators, raptors, a macaw or a kookaburra. $3 Mondays @ Color Me Mine Ceramics Studio
Take advantage of a deal at one of Boulder’s ceramic studios. On Mondays only, Color Me Mine is cutting its studio fee. Pay a $3 studio fee, plus the price of your pottery selection. Studio hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Learn more about how your beer is made. Avery Brewing offers free tours of its Tap Room at 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and at 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Reservations are not required, but close-toed shoes are requested.
BBQ Tuesdays @ The Lazy Dog
Every Tuesday night between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m., The Lazy Dog’s BBQ is half price. This offer is for dine-in only, but if you play your cards right, you can take advantage of an overlapping happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Lazy Dog’s happy hour offers $5 appetizers, 45 cent wings, $3 draft beers, $3 wells, and $4 house wine.

IFS: Weekend @ Muenzinger Psychology & Biopsychology
The International Film Series will be showing Jean-Luc Godard’s Weekend at both 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. According to the IFS website, “Weekend is a fantastic film, in which all of life becomes a weekend, and the weekend is cataclysmic, seismic traffic jam – with cars running pedestrians and cyclists off the road, only to collide and leave blood and corpses everywhere.” Student tickets are $6 with a student ID and general admission is $7.
Monocle @ Pearl Street Pub
Monocle, a trio led by Monica Whittington, will be playing a set featuring a blend of vocals, flatpicked guitar and upright bass at Pearl Street Pub from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m. The band describes their music as simple, honest, acoustic music that will move your body, mind and soul. Monocle calls Boulder their hometown and plays throughout Colorado’s Front Range.

Manage Stress with Meditation @ the C4C
Thursdays between 12:15 p.m. and 12:45 p.m., drop by the C4C’s 4th floor room S484 to learn how to manage stress through meditation, presented by Counseling and Psychological Services. No registration, special clothing, equipment or experience level is required. Arrive 10 minutes early if you would like to meet briefly for meditation instruction.

Muse Laser Show
Watch lasers and listen to Muse under the Fiske’s planetarium dome. Show begins at 10:45 p.m. and runs until 11:45 p.m. Tickets are $7 for general admission.
