The Boulder Police Department is investigating an incident of criminal conspiracy, aggravated robbery and second-degree kidnapping, according to the police department blotter.
Sarah Huntley, spokeswoman for the Boulder Police Department, said one individual has been arrested in connection with the incident.
“We’ve made one arrest and we’re anticipating additional arrests,” Huntley said.
According to the blotter, two young men were held at gunpoint at around 7:20 p.m. on March 22 by three other men. The two young men had entered the vehicle of the three other men who then demanded money before allowing them to leave the vehicle. The vehicle was located on 14th Street and College Avenue.
Huntley said names are not being released at this time, but will be released once all arrests have been made.
According to the blotter, the adult male who has been arrested was the driver of the suspect vehicle, which was found by officers the evening of the incident.
