Christopher Frederick Ferguson held in connection with the break-ins; bail was raised to $20,000
On Monday the CU Police Department named the man arrested on Friday for entering residence halls on Feb. 16 and 17.
Christopher Frederick Ferguson, a 20-year-old Boulder resident not affiliated with CU, has not been released as of 6:40 p.m. Monday.
Ferguson’s bail was previously set at $2,500. “When the judge heard more about the facts, he decided that $20,000 would be more appropriate to ensure the suspect appeared to his court case,” said Lieutenant Brad Wiesley of the CUPD.
There is no word yet on when or if the trial will be held.
