About a year ago, Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant opened near Pearl Street to quench Boulder’s thirst for healthy, vegetarian food.
This tiny, beautifully decorated restaurant has a limited menu, and is only inexpensive during happy hour.
Leaf is decked out with teal walls, wrought iron furniture, and a fountain that drips down on the outside of the bathroom that is conveniently located in the center of the restaurant.
