If you want to submit an event, happy hour or bar special, or a weekly shindig that we may have missed (hey, were not perfect!), please e-mail the contact at the bottom of the article. Until then, read on, friends, and find your folly for the second week in February.
Monday
Happy hour at Centro
Centro gets the CU Independent stamp of approval for kicking off the week with happy hour all day on Mondays. Cuba Libres and Modelo Especials for $2, margs and wine for $4 and food dishes ranging from $2 to $4 should surely please your wallet, if not yourself entirely.
Tuesday
Taco Tuesdays at Juanitas
With its doors shutting on March 1, you have a limited amount of time to take advantage of one of the must-eats in Boulder. The fine people who Praise the Lard will take care of you with drink and food specials starting at a measly $1. The cheapness goes from 9 p.m. to midnight.
Wednesday

Come by at 5:30 p.m. to see how hot you can go; the hotter the chili you eat, the more chances for great prizes! Better yet, this is all free!

Program Council presents: Paranormal Activity 2
A sequel to the wildly-popular and freaky Paranormal Activity, Paranormal Activity 2 doesnt disappoint in making you jump and instilling fear in you from the most normal of things (a kitchen in broad daylight, for one). Its free, in Chem 140 and starts at 9 p.m. Bring a friend or three whom you can scream with.
