The Board of Regents will hold a second meeting to listen to the community’s concerns on a possible in-state tuition raise.
Wednesday morning in Denver, University of Colorado Regents met at 8:30. Deborah Mendez-Wilson, director of communications for the CU system, said another meeting would be held to hear from the public and to reach a decision.
“They set a March 29 meeting at the UC Denver campus,” Mendez-Wilson said. “At that time, they may decide.”
Mendez-Wilson said the potential increase affects three of the four CU campuses.
“Up to a nine percent increase for three campuses: CU Boulder, UC Denver and UC Colorado Springs,” Mendez-Wilson said.
