Business is back to normal after students were evacuated from the Visual Arts Complex on campus, said Molly Bosley, CU police public information officer.
Sanding from nearby construction set off a particle detector in the building this morning at 9:11 a.m., Bosley said.
The Boulder Fire Department responded to the call, quickly making the decision that it was a false alarm.
“The students were evacuated for about 15 minutes,” Bosley said.
