Boulder police are still looking for a man accused of punching another in the head.
According to the Boulder police blotter, a brother and sister were driving eastbound on Arapahoe Avenue after noon on Sunday when they found a car stopped and blocking their way.
“The brother put his hands up, as if to say, ‘what are you doing?’” as the pair drove around the stopped car, according to the blotter.
The car followed the brother and sister to the intersection of 30th Street and Baseline, where a man got out began to punch the brother in the head. The blotter stated that a gun fell out of the attacker’s waistband and then he got back in the car and left.
Officers have not made any arrests, and the case is still under investigation. Boulder police spokeswoman Sarah Huntley said in an email that no information beyond what was in the blotter could be released at this time.
