Police are investigating the death of Michael C. Tuthill, a 22-year-old senior computer science major at CU.
Tuthill was found dead Saturday according to Sgt. Dave Seper of the Boulder Police Department. Minimal information is being disclosed at this time.
“I can’t tell you anything more, as it’s still an open case,” Seper said.
The coroner’s office has confirmed that an autopsy has now been completed.
“We have completed an autopsy and no foul play is suspected,” said Tom Faure, Boulder County Coroner. “However, the investigation is still on-going.”
Immediate results are not expected from the Boulder Police Department.
“We’re working very close with the coroner’s office,” said Sarah Huntley, Boulder Police Public Information Officer. “The tests are expected to be completed within two to eight weeks.”
