Summons issued for microwave squabble
January 28
CU student Anthony M. Constantino II was issued a summons for harassment at the Koelbel Business School building. The harassment involved Constantino yelling at another person in the building who was using the microwave at the time he wanted to.
January 29
Nimroid B. Folsom was arrested for burglary, indecent exposure, attempted sexual assault, and criminal trespass. CU Police Department Commander Brad Wiesley said Folsom was seen naked in a women’s restroom and fled the scene after someone saw him.
“We attempted to find him then, but were unsuccessful,” Wiesley said. “Upon checking security cameras, we found that he was also seen in Aden Hall.”
Folsom was later reported in Hallet Hall. He was then caught and arrested a few blocks away by a Boulder police officer.
January 30
Criminal mischief was reported at Kittredge West Hall. In one of the men’s restrooms on the first floor, a paper towel dispenser was broken off the wall. The damage amounted to $100.
CU student Bethany C. Salazar allegedly stole $130 worth of textbooks from the UMC Book Store. She has been issued a summons to go to court to face a charge of shoplifting.
As reported on Jan. 30, a Fairview High School student was assaulted on Jan. 28 during a high school basketball game at the Coors Events Center. The attackers were allegedly students of Boulder High School. The victim’s injuries included a bloody nose, a black eye, and swollen lips. This case is still under investigation.
January 31
A theft was reported in the Ekeley Sciences building. A small amount of cash and a BuffOne card were reported stolen.
