November 24
Officers arrested a 34-year-old man on suspicion of third degree assault, third degree criminal trespass, obstructing a peace officer and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana at the Catacombs Bar, 2115 13th Street. The man had refused to leave the bar.
November 27
Police took a report of a third degree assault that occurred in the area of 11th and Pearl Street. The victim alleged that he was struck in the face from behind. He did not get a look at the suspect and opted not to pursue charges.
November 29
Officers took a report of a felony menacing involving a problem between two employees at the Sol Azteca restaurant, 3390 28th Street. The case is currently under investigation.
