- Officers are investigating a third-degree assault that reportedly occurred at Club 101, 1915 Broadway. A 22-year-old woman reported that she was punched in the head several times during an altercation with another woman at the establishment. The case is still under investigation.
- A 22-year-old Michigan man was arrested on suspicion of being a fugitive from justice. Police contacted him in the area of Bear Mountain Drive and Bear Mountain Court after receiving a call about unlicensed solicitors. The man had an extraditable warrant from Ventura County, Calif., for a probation violation on an original charge of battery with serious bodily injury. The man also had a second warrant from the Illinois Department of Corrections on a probation violation. The man claimed to be selling magazines for Magazines Inc.
- A 36-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence-related criminal mischief after police were called to the 4900 block of Thunderbird Drive on a report of a domestic disturbance. The woman is accused of damaging her ex-boyfriend’s vehicle.
April 24
- A 33-year-old Boulder man was summonsed for criminal mischief after police were called to JP Morgan Chase Bank, 2500 Arapahoe Ave., in reference to an angry customer. The man is suspected of breaking a window in the front door of the bank while leaving.

April 23
- Criminal mischief involving domestic violence at the Newton Courts apartments was reported. The female victim and her husband were involved in some kind of disagreement on April 18 when the husband rammed his head into a wall and broke a chair, intimidating the female. The female called police on April 23. After conferring with the district attorney, officers arrested the male on suspicion of the above charges.
- CU student Anthony I. Wynn (DOB 4/1/1984) was arrested on suspicion of felony menacing and unlawful conduct after being contacted at the ATLAS building. A female employee at ATLAS was working in her office, having a brief conversation with the suspect when she dropped a paper from her desk and walked around to pick it up. The suspect then played as though he was going to stab her with a pair of scissors. After the suspect had left the office, the female called police and reported the incident, prompting officers to arrest the suspect.
April 24
- Nicholas W. McKennitt (DOB 2/4/1970), CU student Dane R. Perrault V (DOB 5/7/1986), Christopher W. Hagaman (DOB 11/16/1982) and Adam J. Rossi (DOB 4/30/1977) were all arrested on active warrants as a result of multiple officer-conducted, alcohol-related warrant sweeps.
