A suspect has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting that happened on the Hill.
Kevin Michael McGregor, 22, has been arrested by Boulder Police as a suspect in the shooting of Todd Walker in the early hours of Friday morning, according to a brief released by the Boulder Police Department.
“McGregor faces three felony charges: Murder in the First Degree, Murder in the First Degree (during the commission of another crime/robbery), and Criminal Attempt – Aggravated Robbery,” according to the brief.
He is currently being held without bail in the Boulder County Jail.
“We are very pleased to have quickly identified and removed a dangerous individual from our community,” said Boulder Police Chief Mark Beckner, according to the brief. “My thanks to all who worked so tirelessly on this case and to the community for all of their assistance.”
