Elise Cranny (225), a senior at Niwot High School running unattached, and Carrie Verdon (21) of CU, race for first place at the women’s 5.8K at the 2013 Rocky Mountain Shootout, Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, at Buffalo Ranch Cross Country Course in Boulder, Colo.
