For the fourth straight week, the Florida Gators top the poll as they received all seven first-place votes.
The difference between No. 2 Texas and No. 3 Alabama is closing as the Longhorns topped the Crimson Tide by one point this week.
No. 8 Pitt and No. 9 Utah, which is in a tie with LSU, are two new additions to the Top 10 poll after Iowa and Oregon lost over the weekend.

No. 9 (tie) Utah, 8-1, 9 points, not ranked last week: Last year, the Utes’ home field advantage helped them to wins over TCU, BYU, and the No. 2 ranking at the end of the season.
