Mostly cloudy skies and highs in the mid-30s are in the forecast for Saturday and Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.
However, those headed to the mountains for the weekend are advised to use extra caution.
A winter storm warning is in effect Friday for the central and northern mountains. Snow accumulation will range from 3 to 6 inches by Saturday morning.
Blowing snow over mountain passes will affect visibility.
