About Amanda Meek

Mandi Meek is an avid documentary watcher, car enthusiast, and animal lover. Even though she has been a vegetarian for the past seven years, she is obsessed with her vintage leather jacket collection. Home is where her car is, but she has many other places to call home including Lake Minnetonka, MN; Seattle, WA, her family vineyard in Benton City, WA, and here at CU. As an aspiring fashion designer, she is pursuing a higher education in French, art, business, and perhaps advertising.
