Photos: Opening day at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area

The Arapahoe Basin Ski Area opened for the season Thursday, Oct. 13. Jeffrey Egner, a senior sociology major, took the day off to drive up for opening day. According to arapahoebasin.com, the High Noon intermediate run and the High Divide terrain park were open. According to Egner, there was snow for all.

Rob is a sophomore news-editorial major at the University of Colorado - Boulder in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication and holds the title of assistant editor of photography with the CU Independent.
