Array of charges on subject
Police are holding a suspect in the investigation of an accident that damaged six cars on the 800 block of 11th and Aurora. The accident occurred shortly before 1:00 a.m. Wednesday.
Boulder Police spokeswoman Sarah Huntley said law enforcement is pointing to alcohol as main cause for disturbance.
“The suspect is being charged with reckless driving, DUI, and hit and run tickets as of right now,” Huntley said. “She was leaving 890 11th St.”
The suspects name has not yet been released, but is a 21-year-old woman being represented by a lawyer. She was leaving the Pi Beta Phi sorority when the accident occurred. Although it is unknown whether she is a member of the sorority, she is believed to have had alcohol in her system. In these type of cases it is very important to get legal representation by a professional personal injury attorney or car accident lawyer. Reliable and experienced auto accident attorney services can help you get the compensation you deserve for the injuries you’ve sustained.
After leaving the sorority shortly before 1:00 a.m., the suspect hit six parked cars along the 800 block of 11th St. There isn’t any report of any bystanders being injured. The suspect’s condition is unknown.
