Several members of the 24-Hour Fitness at 2960 Baseline Road reported returning to the locker room after exercising to find their wallets stolen.
In the next few hours, many of the credit cards reported as missing were found to have been used in the time that had passed since the incident.
The case is currently under investigation.
Tuesday, Dec. 4
Police took a report of a third-degree assault and theft upon meeting with a victim at Boulder Community Hospital.
A statement collected from the victim alleges that the assault took place outside of K’s China, 1325 Broadway St., on Sunday, Dec. 2.
A disagreement over the Denver Broncos vs. Oakland Raiders game had escalated into a physical altercation. The man was able to furnish little detail as to the appearance of the two suspects.
