Halloween brings out Boulder’s wild side

Boulder police arrested a 30-year-old Superior man on suspicion of third-degree assault and sexual assault at the 1100 block of Pearl Street. The suspect is accused of tackling and striking a woman during an altercation that allegedly began when the woman refused the suspect’s request for a cigarette.

After being called to the Chipotle at 1650 19th Street, police arrested a 19-year-old Boulder man who works at the restaurant on suspicion of aggravated robbery, felony menacing and second degree assault. The employee allegedly became involved in a fight with a few other men in front of the business.

Officers arrested a 21-year-old Boulder man on suspicion of indecent exposure, resisting arrest and obstruction of a peace officer at the corner of 19th Street and Arapahoe Avenue. When police contacted the suspect, he was standing on the corner with his pants around his ankles simulating masturbation. He was reported as being very uncooperative with police.
