Police took a report of unlawful sexual contact at the RTD bus station at Walnut and 14th Street. The victim reported that while she was getting a drink from a water fountain, a man bent down to look up her skirt. This case is currently under investigation.
Officers arrested a 20-year-old man on suspicion of criminal mischief, third degree assault and consumption of alcohol by a minor at the McDonalds at 2920 Baseline Road. A customer reported that the suspect approached her car as she was driving through the drive-thru and began to kick it. When she got out to confront the man, he allegedly pushed her to the ground.
Oct. 10
Officers arrested a 44-year-old man along with a 37-year-old-man on suspicion of bias-motivated third degree assault at the 700 block of Mohawk Drive. The 49-year-old victim was allegedly watching a movie with the two men, who live in the same apartment complex, when a discussion of the Holocaust spawned an argument and then a fight.
Oct. 11
Police report having determined a case of a fourth degree arson at the Boulder High/Fairview game to have occurred in a different manner than they originally believed. The reported victim in the case confessed to police that he was the one who set the shirt on fire. As he was the only one injured in the case, no other charges will be filed.
Officers arrested a 36-year-old man on suspicion of indecent exposure at the 3800 block of Arapahoe Avenue.
