Eighteen students vying for five seats
UCSU announced the candidates running for five Representative at large seats on the Legislative Council on Monday. The candidates will be posting short biographies on the UCSU Web site on Oct. 13.
The election begins on Oct. 22 at 12 a.m. and runs until October 26 at 8 p.m. Students can vote online via CUConnect.
Students running on the ACTION Ticket are Blaine Pellicore, Molly Manweiler, Lauren Swisher, Chance Heath and Ryan Weiss.
Students running on the RISE Ticket are Clara Nevarez, Medhat Ahmed, Antonio Andrade, Ruby Gonzalez, Claudia Ebel, Brittni Ke’Ona Willis, Claudia Cespedes, Avilene Rodriguez, Michael Ramirez and Joel Mendez.
Students running on the B.U.F.F.S. Ticket are Uller Doetsch, John Slota and Bryan Browne.
